Out for delivery
Mutual exchange · England, to start with

Swap homes. Skip the faff.

List your council or housing association home, find your match anywhere in the UK — and we'll carry the mutual exchange application all the way to your landlord's desk. Forms, documents, deed of assignment. The legwork's ours.

Be first through the door.

No spam. One email when the doors open, maybe one before.

You're on the list.

We'll write the moment the doors open — and your home gets listed before the crowd's.

How it'll work

We carry the paperwork

Application, supporting documents, deed of assignment — built properly, delivered to both landlords, and chased until it's signed.

The part nobody tells you

Finding the swap is easy. The paperwork is where swaps go to die.

By law, your landlord has 42 days to object to a mutual exchange — and only on the grounds written into the Housing Act. Rent arrears. A home that's the wrong size. Not much else.

So we build your application with nothing to object to, deliver it, and keep count of every day. After day 42, silence counts as a yes.

England, secure and assured tenancies. We'll explain exactly how yours works when we open.

days for your landlord to answer. Then it's a yes.

Founding homes

The first 500 homes get founder status.

Listed on day one, pinned above the crowd, and free for as long as you stay. All it costs is an email address — and you can leave the list whenever you like.

One email at launch. That's the lot.

Founder status: claimed.

Home number whatever-you-are of 500. We'll be in touch.

Can my landlord refuse?

Only on the grounds set out in the Housing Act 1985 — things like rent arrears, or a home that's plainly the wrong size for your household. They get 42 days to say so in writing. After that, consent is treated as given.

Is it really free?

Listing your home and finding your match — yes. Founders keep it free for good. And just so it's said: paying another tenant for a swap is illegal, so nobody should ever ask you to.

When do the doors open?

We're on the road now — England first, Scotland and Wales on the map. The list hears before anyone else, lists before anyone else, and keeps the founder badge.
